Delivery
Delivery to any UK mainland address is included in the price of your Pebble.
We can, however, deliver anywhere in the world, and would be more than happy to obtain a no obligational quotation for your approval before confirming your order.
For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail services which are insured, tracked, and signed for.
Deliveries require a signature. If you are unlikely to be at home to receive your parcel extra instructions such as a safe place to leave the parcel, a helpful neighbour, or a preferred delivery day are all helpful.
We can also deliver to your work address and you can enter this information at the checkout stage.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPACHED?
We will email you to confirm the dispatch date of your order.
WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN WE MAKE A DELIVERY?
If you are not at home when we try to deliver your parcel Royal Mail will leave a card which you should take to the address on the card, along with ID, at a convenient time to pick up your parcel.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
We will email you to confirm dispatch of your parcel and which postal service we have used. Tracking information for your parcel can be found in this email.
WILL I GET BACK P&P CHARGES IF I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Postage & Packaging costs are included in the price of your Pebble.
If you use your right to return your Pebble within 30 days we will refund what you paid less the original postage cost.
You will also have to pay the costs of sending the Pebble back to us.
If your Pebble is being returned because it arrived damaged or faulty, we will cover all postage costs.
If your Pebble is being exchanged, we will cover all postage costs.
